The Vince DelMonte First Group of Exercises

The first group of seven exercises includes using the Cable Crossover Station with cable and pulley handles in order to perform repetitions of Cable Chest Presses, High Cable Rows, Cable Shoulder Presses, Low Pulley Cable Bicep Curls, High Pulley Cable Triceps, Cable Side Crunches and Abs Crunches. These Vince DelMonte exercises work out the chest, shoulders, back, arms, abdominal area, oblique areas, and legs. Four sets of twelve repetitions, on each body part area, for each exercise, will give an allover body workout, working out the muscles in the chest, shoulders, back, arms, abdominal area, and legs. After the first set, do the whole routine, three more times, gradually increasing the amount of weights on each set to create a more intense workout.
