Panic Attacks and Panic Away

What has been the scariest experience you have ever had? A near-death situation would probably be one of those experiences. There are those people who felt like they were already dying from heart attack that they were brought to the hospital only to find out that that is really not the case. Some were scared that they’re going crazy. Nobody wants to be called crazy because in the eyes of society they are the people that are shunned, laughed at and are misunderstood. Some have tried to run away from this problem but have failed. Many have had these frightening experiences and are scared to face the reality that they’ve actually had panic attacks.
There are symptoms that you have to watch for in people who are having panic attacks. They can feel that they’re running out of breath or that they’re choking. Their chest would hurt and their heart beats so fast. Some experience either hot flashes or the opposite, cold flashes. They can feel tingly or they would tremble. These are symptoms of panic attacks.
Panic attacks occur for many reasons. This can be hereditary; it can run in the family. It might have been triggered by an emotional loss of a loved one or even transitions in life. Side effects from certain medications can also cause these attacks. Alcohol and drug withdrawal are also said to cause panic attacks. There are many causes to panic attacks.
If there are many causes of panic attacks there are also many solutions offered to eliminate panic attacks. Of course anyone who has experienced such a scary event would not want it to happen to them again. Some have offered medication, positive self-talk or deep breathing. There’s also another technique that has been serving the panic attacks victims.
That program is Panic Away. It is a program designed by Barry McDonagh, also someone who has suffered many panic attacks. This program has what McDonagh calls a 21-7 technique that teaches the client to eliminate the fear of having panic attacks and therefore eliminating the panic attacks also. People who have had panic attacks thought that they were going crazy. But the program teaches that having panic attacks doesn’t mean that someone has mental illness. People thought they didn’t have courage. But the program points out that they are courageous people who have had to face difficult challenges and overcome them. People think that they are in danger. The program teaches the people to think clearly and to not misinterpret what’s happening to them.
People who have suffered panic attacks have suffered enough. There’s a solution to this problem. They can actually get rid of these panic attacks for good. They should try McDonagh’s techniques and suffer no more.
