Failure in Building Muscle Even with Intense Weight Training

Many people go to the gym. Many people aspire for that great body with visible solid muscle mass. And so, many people work out hard for the very purpose of building muscle in the right places. It seems, however, that only a few are successful with their work outs. Most still look like they did when they started out. Unfortunately, it is a fact that most people do fail in their goal.
Excessive workout may be one of the reasons why failure build muscle is just looming around. The body needs ample rest after it is flexed and stretched to its maximum. It needs to recover and failure to recognize this physical need will surely lead to disappointment in the workout program.
Muscles need variety in exercises because when they have already adapted to the set of exercises that are frequently done, they cease to grow, too. Treading along this logic, the capacity of the muscles increases and they will only continue to grow bigger when given heavier weights than previously subjected to.
